And here is our story:
evalink is the fast-growing alarm management ecosystem by Sitasys, founded by Peter Monte in the summer of 2012. Back then, the idea was to combine 30 years of experience in the security industry with innovation by helping installers configure and commission alarm panels more straightforwardly.
From the very beginning, we were determined to automate processes in the security industry. We envisioned democratizing access to alarm management and giving users the keys to managing their security operations and applications from a centralized platform. We believe in the power of cloud-based technology within SaaS models to accelerate the digitalization of alarm management.
Convinced that digital interaction between parties improves loyalty and the quality of work, we saw the need to develop a flexible and modular system. This system would enable two-way communication between alarms and people in real-time from anywhere and would also be able to handle large amounts of data.
This was when we started our true cloud alarm management platform, evalink - at a time when everybody wanted on-premises solutions only.
As it automatically orchestrates security solutions, evalink is changing the game in the alarming sector. We are also engaged with many partners to integrate seamlessly platforms that broaden security services in a highly automated way. Based on evalink’s open architecture, businesses enjoy high flexibility and can quickly scale according to their workload and needs.
Building on that early success in the security industry and many discussions with our customers, we innovated from an alarm transmission dispatcher to an alarm management ecosystem that empowers organizations like enterprises, installers, and service operations centers.
In 2022, we celebrated our 10th anniversary at Sitasys.
We are incredibly proud that we provide businesses with a complete solution that covers the whole value chain in the security industry. Driven by protecting people’s lives and valuables even better and faster, we’re constantly refining our ecosystem.

The association Digital Impact Network strengthens information and communication technologies (ICT) among 240 members of companies, public authorities, educational institutions, and associations to promote digitization in the capital region of Switzerland.
SES
The Swiss Association of Security Systems (SES) includes the most important Swiss companies in this industry. All SES members committed themselves to varied quality criteria and safety standards. They are specialized companies approved by the Swiss Insurance Association (SVV) and the Association of Canton Fire Insurances (VKF).
BHE
The BHE Bundesverband Sicherheitstechnik eV is the professional association for safety technology in Germany with more than 1,000 affiliated companies. The BHE's success is based on a solid community of competent people and companies of installers, manufacturers, and planners.
BDSW
The BDSW represents the interests of the security industry and includes companies from all sectors of the security industry. The companies organized in the BDSW mainly offer high-quality services.
ICT Berufsbildungscenter
ICT Berufsbildungscenter AG trains more than 140 IT, electronics, and media students each year in Berne and Zurich with an essential apprenticeship year.
FGS
The Forum Genevois de la Sécurité (FGS) is an association for professionals, created in 1999 and bringing together more than 275 members throughout French-speaking Switzerland and neighboring France, located at the crossroads of the security professions.
CEN/CENELEC
CEN and CENELEC are business catalysts in Europe, removing trade barriers for European industry and consumers.
